Boot Camp  
Boot Camp Training 2 or days a week . Bring a partner and we can offer you sports supplements. Sign up today and jumpstart your metabolism. All packages includes: Awesome Abs, Tight Thighs, Glory Glutes and Sexy Shoulders. 
Strength Conditioning: Abs, Lunges, Push Ups, Squats and more!
Yoga:  : Abs, Stretch, Tone and Bring Energy to your Body!

 MW 7 to 7:45 am: Boot Camp Classes

W 6:15 to 7:00 Core Strength and Conditioning

 Th Lunch Time Mat Pilates 12:00 to 12:45 pm (RSVP if you plan to attend)

 

Still time to sign up for these classes below, need registered participants to start a class

 

M 6:15 to 7:00 pm Classes:Intermediate/Advanced Yoga 

 W 12:30 to 1:15 Core Strength and Conditioning

FAQs:

 

If I prepay for 5 classes and I want to add additional classes, what is the additional fee?

 

You can add additonal classes in for the cost of $7.00 per class.

 

After I prepay for my classes, what happens if I do not use all my sessions this month?

You have up to 45 days to use all of the classes in which you prepaid before they expire.

 

If I sign up for a class, but I want to drop in on another class is this okay?

Yes, you can drop in on another class, provided that we have a slot available this day. Due to the limited space in the gym, we will give priority to the participants who reserved and prepaid for this time slot. You can always call in and be placed on the waiting list for a class.

 

How do we handle refunds?

All classes are paid in advance and you can receive a credit for additional classes or other services. If you no longer work in the building and your work location changes, you are entitled to a refund of any unused classes.

Supplemental Options:

PT Personal Training: Call for appt for in-home or studio individual training program. We will taylor a program to meet your specific needs. One on one with the trainer 2 to 3 days a week.

F Fitness Assessment: Quarterly or Semi-annual fitness consultant.

        * Special Initial Fitness Assessment and Health Consultant package for only
$45.00. Includes customized training plan and meal plan. Packages include vitamin supplements and Sustain hydration drink packets. We will review your current plan and design a new program for you.
    * All clients are welcomed to attend the Free Lectures throughout the year: Proper Gear for Winter training, Customized Training Plan, Heart Rate and Perceived Exertion as a Training Tool, Injury
Prevention
by ChiroCare, and Proper footcare by a Podiatrist.
