FAQs:
If I prepay for 5 classes and I want to add additional classes, what is the additional fee?
You can add additonal classes in for the cost of $7.00 per class.
After I prepay for my classes, what happens if I do not use all my sessions this month?
You have up to 45 days to use all of the classes in which you prepaid before they expire.
If I sign up for a class, but I want to drop in on another class is this okay?
Yes, you can drop in on another class, provided that we have a slot available this day. Due to the limited space in the gym, we will give priority to the participants who reserved and prepaid for this time slot. You can always call in and be placed on the waiting list for a class.
How do we handle refunds?
All classes are paid in advance and you can receive a credit for additional classes or other services. If you no longer work in the building and your work location changes, you are entitled to a refund of any unused classes.
